General Registration is open NOW and can be completed using our Online Registration in our secure Online Store or complete the 38th Registration Form to register for:
- Event Pass (Participant Registration),
- FRIDAY Night Banquet Tickets,
- Hallett Motor Racing Circuit,
- Tulsa Raceway Park,
- All Ford Super Show, and/or
- Swap Meet Space
To register without using the Online Registration please save the 38th Registration Form (we are currently updating this form) to your hard drive (File SaveAs). Then complete the appropriate registration form below and mail or email them along with your registration fees or payment information to david@midamericafordmeet.com. This also applies to the registrations listed below.
Hallett Motor Racing Circuit- Procedures, Rules and Forms-If you are registering for Hallett, download this document. It will be incorporated into the Survival Guide and contains the two NEW forms below must be completed and brought to Hallett to tech inspection.

Because this is a once-a-year event, we are contracted to rent the tracks and facilities for these dates RAIN OR SHINE. We are not unable to make refunds.
concours judging and entry
Concours Judging Registration- If you want to enter your Vintage Shelby or Boss Mustang in a new style of oncours judging, please complete and email the Concours Registration Form to Bob Gaines at bgaines@kc.rr.com. In addition to the Registration Form, we need a picture of the car. You can email the picture separate from the form (see insert/attach file in the email), insert the picture directly into the form on the second page (see insert Picture/From File in MS Word), or mail both the Registration Form and the Picture in together Not available for online registration and all concours entries must be received by June 1, 2011.
art and memorabilia trade show vendor registration
If you want to register for a Trade Show Table and Vendor Space at the Tracks, please download and complete the 38th Vendor Registration Form and fax to (405-946-2502) or mail in (P.O. Box 57816, Oklahoma City, OK 73157). This is not a Swap Meet Registration.
