The Mid America Ford and Shelby Nationals begins early Wednesday with the Ford Motor Company Driver's School at Hallett Motor Racing Circuit located approximately 40 minutes from the hotel.  If you want to go faster in your Ford Powered, vehicle this is the class for you.

Driver's will enjoy a track walk, class room time, and one on one professional driver instruction. Due to the limited number of spots, please complete the Driver's School Registration Form and submit it as instructed on the form.  All other forms and procedures located in Hallett Motor Racing Circuit- Procedures, Rules and Forms must be adhered to.

Later in the day enthusiasts will be arriving at the Tulsa Marriott Southern Hills for early registration and to catch up with old friends. A Ford and Shelby products trade show will kick off the event. The hotel is located in the south west corner of Tulsa This is a great time to relax and catch up in the calm before the storm!

Early event registration will be held from 4:00 pm to 8:30 pm at the Marriott in the lower lobby.

Thursday begins with the Open Track Venue at Hallett Motor Racing Circuit brought to you Gateway Classic Mustangs!. Gates and registration open at 7:30 am. Registration closes at 12:00 pm and the track closes at 5:00 pm. A daily schedule/timetable will be available via the Survival Guide and at registration.  
This hi-speed Open Track Venue (this is not a race) is designed for beginner to expert level drivers. All drivers have ample opportunity to enjoy the open track experience. In addition, the Open Track Venue  provides an excellent opportunity for sponsors to reach their customers via displays and prepared public announcements. A swap meet area is a magnet for vintage and new parts and an excellent place for enthusiasts to network. Spectator tickets will be available for $15.00 per person at Hallett. Registered Participants pay nothing to get in!

After returning to the hotel, Ford enthusiasts can join in on the Tulsa Cruisin' at Brady Ford Fest! The Cruise will continue to the Historic Brady Arts District which features a kids zone, numerous restaurants, and live entertainment. Map of Brady Arts District Area

Friday brings another day of Open Track for all levels of drivers at Hallett Motor Racing Circuit brought to you by Gateway Classic Mustangs.  Registration is from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm and the track closes at 5:00 pm. A daily schedule/ timetable will be available at registration and in the Survival Guide. Spectators will enjoy a Vintage Exhibition brought to you by
Corinthian Vintage Automobile Racing (CVAR) and a Modern Technology Exhibition. New cars + Old cars with new parts = Modern Technology Exhibition!

Spectator tickets will be available for $15.00 per person at Hallett. Registered Participants pay nothing to get in!

Registration will be open at the Marriott Redbud Room from 4:00 pm until 5:00 pm.

With a purchased ticket, all Registered Participants are invited to attend the Mid America Ford and Shelby FRIDAY Evening Banquet and Program. Happy hour will start at 6:30 pm in the Marriott Lower Lobby. Banquet doors will open at 7:30 pm. The banquet features a full dinner, hundreds of door prizes, special guest speakers from the world of Ford, and event video preview.

On Saturday, the venue changes to drag racing at the Tulsa Raceway Park brought to you by FoMoCo! As with the hi-speed open track venue, all levels of drivers are welcome and accommodated at Tulsa Raceway Park.

The gates open at 8:00 am and registration for the drag race will close at 12:00. YOU MUST ARRIVE AT THE TRACK BY 11:30 A.M. IF YOU WANT TO RACE. Gates will be open all day for spectators.

The Drag Race Instruction Program will be available for those who wish to learn how to race from helpful instructors.

In order to support our Drag Racing community, we have EXPANDED the hours to allow for more time trials and late afternoon eliminations. 

Numerous brackets are established for all performance levels of Ford powered vehicles.  With plenty of display space, Tulsa Raceway Park provides an excellent opportunity for sponsors to reach their customers via displays and prepared public announcements. The swap meet area is a magnet for vintage and new parts and an excellent place for enthusiasts to network.

Non Registered spectators will be charged $15 per person (Always Wear Your Name Tag).  Those event participants that have not picked up their event packets and name tags must go to the registration tent at the entry gate to pick them up. Registration will close at 12:00 pm.

Sunday is the final day of the event :-(. The final day opens with the All Ford Super Show brought to you by MCA! Registration will be open from 8:00 am to 10:00 am.
We thank the Green Country Classic Mustang Club for helping out and judging this year's All Ford Super Show.
Participants are no longer required to be Registered for the event to put their car in the All Ford Super Show.

The prices for the show include:
1. Registered Participants - 15.00
2. Non Registered Participants with Verifiable MCA or Team Shelby Number - 15.00
3. All Other Non Registered Participants- 20.00

The All Ford Super Show is free to the spectators. We have over 40 classes for all Ford powered vehicles. For a complete list of classes, check out the 2nd page of the  Registration Form. This show features one of the largest gatherings of vintage and late model Mustangs, Ford powered street machines, race cars, and classics in the state. This show has limited spots so register soon!

Mid America Ford and Shelby Nationals closes with an Awards and Trophy Presentations starting at 2:30 pm in the Marriott.
